Are you familiar with the Procore Plugin for Outlook? it allows you to quickly create common items such as RFIs, Tasks, Observations, Change Events in your Outlook. The Procore Plugin will automatically pull over the subject line, email content, and attachments from Outlook. Check It Out in the Procore Marketplace.
